FIELD: data processing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of simulation analysis and processing images and can be used in systems for increasing situational awareness of pilots of aircrafts (AC), as well as in systems of external orientation and recognition at video information in mobile robots and unmanned aircraft. This invention consists in fact that on AC improved image of underlying surface is obtained based on combination in on-board AC computer of sensor video information obtained by means of standard video camera of AC, and synthetic video information generated by predetermined spatial model of area, introduced into onboard computer memory.EFFECT: simple hardware-software implementation owing to low computational complexity of algorithm, as well as enlarging its scope of application due to usage of arbitrary stable topological characteristics and possibility of updating readings of navigation devices which measure position and orientation of AC, elimination of spatial distortion and loss of information associated with geometric transformations of digital images, such as rotation, shift and tension/compression.3 cl, 7 dwg |
