Device for dressing poultry and separation of leg-like part comprising rear part of back and two legs connected to it contains suspended conveyor to move legs suspended behind shin in direction of movement, surface conveyor entering in contact with rear part of seat-like part and serving for its displacement, and upper guide rail or rails, being an extension of at least part of outer surface of surface of conveyor at distance from suspension conveyor and forming a gap between surface conveyor and upper guide rail/rails to receive rear part of seats, next to surface supporting guide is installed/conveyor guides to support rear parts of seat-like poultry parts during their movement by surface conveyor.EFFECT: handling birds.12 cl, 2 dwg |
