According to the present invention, a steel pipe coating device comprises: a coating liquid spray device having internal and external spray nozzles, to selectively spray coating liquid on at least one of internal and external surfaces of a steel pipe while moving in a first direction; and a steel pipe rotating device configured to rotate the steel pipe in a coating location. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a steel pipe coating device having a new structure.
