The present invention relates o a sliding type steel earth retaining plate and, specifically, to a sliding type steel earth retaining plate which is conveniently installed as the length of the earth retaining plate installed between H-beams in a construction site can be controlled. The sliding type steel earth retaining plate also reduces required human resources and required time for dismantlement by enabling a worker to conveniently disassemble the earth retaining plate in a pillar and enables the worker to reuse the disassembled earth retaining plate. In other words, the earth retaining plate installed between the H-beams at fixed intervals comprises a first earth retaining plate and a second earth retaining plate, wherein the first and second earth retaining plates are connected to each other and the length can be extended and controlled. The earth retaining plate includes: the first earth retaining plate having a sliding space inside; and the second earth retaining plate inserted into the sliding space of the first earth retaining plate and enabling extension and control in the longitudinal direction. |
