Disclosed is an automobile console that enables the driver to support his arm conveniently owing to the horizontal or vertical movement of the console lid. The device comprises a console(10) between the front seats; a lid(11) hinged by pin(14) with a handle(13); a slot(11a) to house a bushing(12) in lid(11); a vertical adjuster(20) and horizontal adjuster(30) in pin(14); and a vertical element(22) with lugs(21) and lock(40) that guides and locks the vertical element(22). The console is adjustable horizontally and vertically so that the driver can adjust the height and transverse location of the console to put his/her arm conveniently according to his/her physique.
