The present invention relates a pole transformer equipped with a high voltage bushing integrated with a lead wire. According to the present invention, the pole transformer (10) comprises: an outer box (11); a cover (12) to seal the outer box (11); a housing part (1a) having a plurality of hat shapes and installed on the cover (12) to transfer power of a high voltage to a coil winding part (14) in the pole transformer (10); a skirt part (1b) extending from the housing part (1a) and having a skirt shape; a high voltage complex bushing (1) composed of a penetration insertion portion (1c) extending from the skirt part (1b); and a low voltage bushing (13) installed on the outer wall surface of the outer box (11) to transfer the transformed power of a low voltage to the outside again. The high voltage complex bushing (1) includes a bushing core (2) made of an insulating material. A lead wire (3) to be connected to a cut-out switch during a manufacturing process, and an end of a core conductor connected to the coil winding part (14) are directly connected via a contact (2a), and the lead wire (3) and the core conductor (4) are insert-molded to be disposed in the bushing core (2). Therefore, the lead wire (3) and the core conductor (4) are fixed in a state of being directly connected electrically. The penetrating insertion portion (1c) of the high voltage complex bushing (1) to be inserted through the cover (12) is provided with a connecting part (1d), and a nut-shaped connecting part (6) is put on the connecting part (1d). In this way, the connecting part (1d) of the high voltage complex bushing (1) is tightly combined with the bottom surface of the cover (12). Since the high voltage complex bushing is integrated with the lead wire to be connected to the cut-out switch (COT) through a molding process, it is possible to dramatically shorten a working process when installing the pole transformer on an electric pole and to prevent an imperfect electrical connection between the lead wire and the COT due to the non-uniformity of a fastening method of each worker. |
