PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an S12A7 electride compound wit simple processes.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an S12A7 electride compound containing a halogen ion in a cage including (1) a process for preparing a raw materials which contains an aluminum source, a halogen source containing first halogen and a strontium source, (2) a process for heat treating the raw materials and synthesizing a compound having the cage including ion of the first halogen and (3) a process of reduction heat treating the synthesized compound at a temperature in a range of 1150°C to 1530°C under reductive atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
