PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which prevents unevenness of refrigerant distribution of a refrigerant flowing out from a tube to improve heat exchange performance.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes: a first header 50 in which a refrigerant inlet 51 for flowing a refrigerant is provided at one end side; first tubes 10 into which the refrigerant flowing into the first header 50 is divided and flows; a second header 60 into which the refrigerant flowing in the first tubes 10 flows; and an agitation chamber MR in which the refrigerant flowing from the first tubes 10 into the second header 60 is agitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
