PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase processability by equalizing as much as possible a quality of material in the sheet width direction and/or longitudinal direction of a hot rolled steel sheet after finish rolling.SOLUTION: A hot rolled steel sheet excellent in processability includes: a micro structure where carbide and one kind or two kinds of a second phase are dispersed in crystal grains by keeping hot a hot rolled steel sheet cooled to 300°C or lower after rolling, in a temperature range of 400°C-750°C just before winding; or a micro structure where carbide and one kind or two kinds of the second phase are dispersed in crystal grains by keeping hot a hot rolled steel sheet cooled to 300°C or lower after hot rolling and wound, in a temperature range of 400°C-(Ac3 points+20°C) just before winding in a re-winding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
