The invention relates to a device for measuring activity and segregation of soil contaminated by 241Am, comprising: a support structure (17); a rotating element (12) that pivots around the support structure in a filling position (4), a measuring position (5) and a position for the discharge of contaminated material (6); a soil container (3) with the soil to be analysed, secured to the rotating element (12); and four FIDLER NaI (Tl) scintillation detectors (9) opposed in pairs, used to determine whether the soil in the container (3) is contaminated by 241Am. In the measuring position (5), the soil container (3) is located in the space between the four opposed scintillation detectors (9), the measurement of the soil container (3) being carried out simultaneously, with the scintillation detectors (9) that are activated.
