The invention comprises compounds of general formula <FORM:1017263/C2/1> wherein X is hydrogen or halogen, R is hydrogen, phenyl, benzyl or allyl, and Z is pyrrolidino or morpholino when R is hydrogen, or dimethylamino, diethylamino, piperidino, pyrrolidino or morpholino when R is other than hydrogen; and their preparation (a) by reacting a compound R2-O-CHR-Z, R2 being alkyl containing 1-5 C, with a compound Y-Mg-CC-Ph-X, Y being halogen, in an organic solvent (the Grignard solution is preparable by forming the alkyl magnesium halide and adding the acetylene), (b) when R is hydrogen and Z is pyrrolidino or morpholino, by reacting a compound X-Ph-CCH with pyrrolidine or piperidine and with formaldehyde in the presence of an organic solvent. |
