Laminated wall pipes for construction of air vent

A pipe (2) of improved laminated wall construction, having a spigot (3) at one end and a corresponding socket at the other, so that a series of such pipes can be erected one on the other, to form a ventilation stack or chimney e.g. for a shed, the lowest pipe being supported for instance on a rafter of a roof truss and the stack passing out through the roof. - The pipes are lightweight, strong enough to be assembled into a self-supporting ventilator shaft, and resistant to transport damage, and have a low heat transfer so that heat is not lost from the ascending air, thus making a ventilating fan either unnecessary or of low output.
