PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output current with no distortion in waveform even near a zero point of output current when a dead time is compensated by not letting a compensating section compensate for a dead time when a command voltage value is within a non-compensation range and letting it compensate for a dead time when the command voltage value is out of the non-compensation range. SOLUTION: A compensating section 5e does not compensate for a dead time and outputs a command voltage value to a dead time generating section 5b when the command voltage value from a command voltage value caculating section 5a is within a non-compensation range. If the command voltage value from the command voltage value calculating section 5a is out of the non- compensation range, the compensating section 5e compensates for a dead time and outputs a dead time-compensated command voltage value to the dead time generating section 5b. By this method, the command value output from the compensating section 5e is compensated just for a specified range and thereby current can be output with no distortion even near a zero point.
