The circuit board consists of conducting traces running in different directions and crossing each other, with leads of components to be mounted held in wire loops. The wire sections are pulled off a delivery spool. Wire loops (6) are produced by winding the wire on conical pins (3) suitably spaced on a support (2), and connections between them (6) are made by a program controlled tool in accordance with a certain circuit. Then the space between pins (3) is filled with a liquefied insulating cpd., and after it sets, the circuit board is removed from the pins (3) and the support (2).
