Cyclohexyl-alkylamine derivs. of formula (I) and their acid addn. salts are new. Cyclohexyl-CHR1-(CH2)n-NR2R3 (I) In (I) n is 0-4; R1 is 5-6C cyclo-alkyl or phenyl, opt. substd. by 1-4C alkyl or hydroxy; R2 is H or 1-4C alkyl and R3 is 1-6C alkyl, 5-6C cycloalkyl or phenyl-1-6Calkyl, opt. substd. in the phenyl ring by one or more hydroxy or 1-4C alkoxy gps. Cardiovascular agents, which increase coronary flow without changing cardiac work. They are alpha-lytio angents and calcium antagonists. The cpds. may be administered orally (50-500mg/ day), rectally, parenterally or topically. Toxicity and activity tests are described.
