PURPOSE:To absorb the interaxial eccentricity of a power transmitter by a method in which the first hub fixed to the output shaft of an engine is indirectly connected with the second hub fixed to the input shaft of a decelerator through an elastic material, and apertures are formed between both the hubs and the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 1 of an engine is connected with the output shaft 2 of a decelerator through a shaft coupler 6 which consists of the first hub 21 fixed to the output shaft 1, the second hub 28 fixed to the input shaft 2, a connecting piece 35, a spring receiving seat 45, a Belleville spring 50, and presser plates 53 and 55. A long hole 24 is formed in the first hub 21, and notches 31 and 39 are formed correspondingly to the long holes 24 in the flange 30 of the second hub and also in the flange 38 of the connecting piece 35 fixed to the flange 30. Paired spring receiving seats 45 with the Belleville spring 50 are coupled with the notches 31 and 39 through the long holes 24, and apertures (a)-(d) for regulating the axis are formed between them.
