发明名称 DETECTION OF COMBUSTION CONDITION AT TUYERE TIP OF REDUCING FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect early and exactly the condition in the combustion region at blast tuyere tip together with early decision of green descending by detecting the condition of the combustion region in a reducing furnace by using a luminance sensor of which the visual field for observation and the response with the change of light are specified. CONSTITUTION:The condition of particles 9 moving in a raceway 3 at the tip of a blast tuyere 4 is optically observed. A luminance sensor 1 of which the visual field for observation in the combustion region of charge is <=15mm. and the response with the change of light is within 1ms is used in this stage. The max. value of the luminance within a specified time is determined at every specified time in accordance with the detection signal from the sensor 1 and the range of plural luminance levels below the max. value is assigned with said max. value as a reference. The combustion condition is estimated from the ratio of the time at which said signal occupies the respective luminance levels. The operation and control of the reducing furnace is thus stably accomplished.
