PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive all necessary data sent from a data communication center even by a terminal in an inferior line state by finding a total communication time corresponding to an obtained communication speed and stopping the communication when the measured communication time exceeds the total communication time. SOLUTION: When the data communication center 10 and a terminal 30 begin to communicate with each other, the communication speed and total communication time are set. Further, a timer part is actuated to measure the communication time. Then, terminal individual information on the terminal ID, etc., is received from the terminal 30, and a previous communication state is read out of a storage part 5 according to the terminal individual information to judge which information should be sent first. Further, it is checked whether all data have been sent. When there are still data to be sent left, information of one transmission block is read out of the storage part and sent to the terminal 30. Then, it is checked whether or not the total communication time is exceeded and disconnection time comes, and when all the data have been sent or at the disconnection time, the connection with the terminal 30 is cut off. |
