发明名称 METHOD FOR COLD ROLLING IRON-COPPER ALLOY SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily manufacture an Fe-Cu alloy sheet by continuously casting an Fe-Cu alloy into a thin slab, cooling the slab at a regulated cooling rate in a specified temp. range and cold rolling it. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-Cu alloy contg. essentially 8.5-60wt% Cu in Fe is continuously cast into a thin slab and this slab is cooled and cold rolled. In the cooling stage, the slab is cooled at <=10 deg.C/min cooling rate in the temp. range of 850-750 deg.C. Prior to the cooling stage, the slab may be rapidly cooled to ordinary temp. - 200 deg.C, reheated to a prescribed temp. and held for 2-10min. At the reheating temp., a state in which austenite coexists with a melt or epsilon-phase is produced.
