PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a magnetic circuit of a solenoid valve, which does not need plural working equipments, and which is not restricted by a shape, by performing the integral molding while using the magnetic material power for a magnetic circuit of a movable valve, and using the metallic material powder to which the heat treatment or the like can be applied, for the collision, sliding and seat parts which need the durability. SOLUTION: A movable valve 4 is divided into two functional parts. One is a part 4a which is mainly composed of the magnetic material powder, and forms a magnetic circuit, and the other is a part 4b which is mainly composed of the stainless steel powder to which the heat treatment can be applied, and has a collision part to a stopper 11, and a seat part with a nozzle 5. A range of the heat treatment of the collision/seat part 4b is determined within an extend not giving the influence to the magnetic circuit parts 4a. Further the seat 4c can be provided with the shape hydrodynamically optimum by using the sintering. Further the shape and face accuracy of the sliding/seat pat which needs the ultraprecise machining, can be assured by the sizing during a sintering process, and the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced. |
