PURPOSE:To provide the title unit so designed that the lower surface of the pressing pieces on the rotary disc in a fish flesh strainer is fitted with a rubber piece, thereby preventing the rotary disc from heat generation to protect fish flesh from deterioration along with preventing the fish flesh from being left in lees strained. CONSTITUTION:Of a lee-removing piece 5 and pressing pieces 3 provided on the lower surface of the rotary disc A in a fish flesh strainer, each lower surface of said pressing pieces 3 is fitted with a rubber piece 4. And the tip of the lee-removing piece 5 and that of each rubber piece 4 are brought to equal height, thus the tip of each rubber piece 4 is also brought into light contact with a strainer net 9. |
