PURPOSE:To provide the title unit so designed that a circular arc-shaped cutter is put to reciprocal inversion drive using a combination of pinion with rack, thereby simplifying the structure with less failure and ensuring the driving. CONSTITUTION:In order to spherically form a fish-paste produce, said product is fed from above a mouthpiece 16 having a conical opening 15 and cut with a circular arc-shaped cutter 17 installed at the lower end of said opening 15. The end of a shaft 19 supporting said cutter 17 is fitted with a pinion 20 which is latched on a rack 21. The end of the rack 21 is fitted with a pin 39 which is latched on the long hole 38a at one end of a bell crank 35. The other end of the bell crank 35 is latched on a cam-type intermittent reciprocal motion mechanism 25. |
