<p>PURPOSE:To reduce energy cost by circulating regeneration air through a circulation path with a blower, heater, and heat exchanger means disposed therein, eliminating thereby large scaled pipings required for admitting and discharging regeneration air so as to make the apparatus transportable. CONSTITUTION:When regeneration of solid adsorbing material 2 having adsorbed the moisture in the air to be treated is required, an opening and closing means 5, 6 are actuated to circulated regeneration air through a regeneration air flow circuit comprising an air flow passage within a casing 1 and a regeneration circuit 7 by means of a blower 4. The regeneration air is heated by a heater means 3 and passed through the solid adsorbing material as hot air. The humidified hot air which has absorbed the moisture having been adsorbed by the adsorbing material 2 is cooled by a heat exchanger means 10, where the moisture is discharged as drains. The dried air leaving the heat exchanger means 10 is sent again into the air flow passage within the casing 1 to repeat regeneration of the solid adsorbing material 2.</p> |
