PURPOSE:To prevent resin from leaking and print the resin stably by forming hexagonal patterns on the pressure starting end side of a pressure roller, and also forming given resin replenishing patterns in the areas other than a central opening section and an outer peripheral section and given printing patterns in the other areas. CONSTITUTION:Resin is printed on a disc base 1, and crescent-shaped hexagonal patterns 13A are formed in a half-round area on the pressure starting end side of a pressure roller. A plurality of resin replenishing patterns 15A are formed in the areas other than the area in which the hexagonal patterns 13A are formed and the peripheral area of a central opening section 14 of the disc base 1, while printing patterns 17A of small diameter shape are formed in the area other than the area in which the hexagonal patterns 13A and the replenishing patterns 15A are formed. Then, crescent-shaped printed patterns 116A are formed along the central opening section 14 in the half-round-shaped area on the pressurizing end side of a pressure roller 4 are formed, and the replenishing patterns 15A are formed along the area in which patterns 16A other than the outer peripheral section area are formed, while the printed patterns 17A of small diameter shape are formed in the remaining outer peripheral section area. |
