<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title equipment by connecting the bottom parts of the adsorption towers not less than two sets with a raw material air compressor via an air-cooled cooling pipe and providing the water droplets removing devices to the bottom parts in the towers and packing an adsorbent to the upper parts. CONSTITUTION:The raw material air compressed with a compressor 4 is passed through an air-cooled cooling pipe 7 to cool it and water is condensed. Water droplets are removed with a water droplet removing device 13 such as metallic small spheres which is provided to the bottom part of an adsorption tower 3a and both steam and CO2 are adsorbed with a zeolite layer 14 and O2 is adsorbed with a molecular sieve carbon layer 15 respectively and N2-enriched gas is introduced into a buffer tank 6. On the other hand, an adsorption tower 3b is evacuated with a vacuum pump 5 at this time and the adsorbed components are desorbed and also the collected water droplets are made into steam and discharged.</p> |
