Enantiomer of absolute S configuration of formula: where: X = O or S; and Ar denotes a: - phenyl nucleus substituted by one, two or three C1-C4 alkoxy groups; - phenyl nucleus substituted in position 2 by an OCH3 group and in position 5 by a halogen atom or a lower alkylcarbonyl group; - phenyl nucleus substituted in position 2 by OCH3, in position 4 by NH2 or alkylcarbonyl -NH- and in position 5 by a halogen; - (3-fluoro-2-methoxy)phenyl group; - 5-pyrimidinyl group substituted in position 2 by NH2 and in position 4 by alkoxy or phenoxy. These compounds are useful as medications with gastrokinetic and antiemetic activity.
