PURPOSE:To make a time correction easy by changing modes of an hour setting, minute setting and setting completion in a short ON time and providing a switch for the time correction to fastforward digital displays for the hour and minute in the long ON time. CONSTITUTION:A display part 2 to indicate an electric energy and the time is provided inside of the front glass window of an electronic watthour meter 1, and terminals 4 for the voltage and current and a push-button switch 3 for setting the time are provided under the display part 2. The switch 3 is properly used according to the pushing time T in such a manner that when 0<T<2sec, the mode change is performed in order of hour setting - minute setting - setting completion, and when 2sec<=T, the digital displays are turned on and off in the hour or minute setting mode and along with the above, the time is counted every about 0.5sec, then a figure of the first unit is made to increase one by one for every one count. With this arrangement, the time setting and correction can be easily performed without making the operating button small. |
