<p>PURPOSE: To generate a flow of hot air by a gas without injecting a flame beyond a conduit, by a method wherein a flame crushing grill disposed downstream of a flame collision grill is arranged to be larger in opening than the flame collision grill so that the flame is kept from being injected beyond a conduit. CONSTITUTION: A flame collision grill 35 is disposed crossing an inner hole 33. A flame crushing grill 36 closes the front end of the inner hole 33, and the grill 35 has an opening of about 20%. On the other hand, the grill 36 has the opening of about 27% and a plurality of the grills are arranged in succession with the openings thereof gradually increasing so that division stages are accomplished many times. This arrangement is more favorable for the oxidation of a flame, eventually better for the shortening of the flame. The front end 45 of an outer tube 43 is bent inward to support the end 46 of a conduit 41 from the front thereof. The conduit 41 contacts the flow of a burned gas to be kept at a high temperature as well. As the outer tube 43 does not contact the tube 41 except that it does due to zones greatly reduced, the high temperature will not be transmitted to the outer tube 43.</p> |
