<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the using amount of gas, to reduce impurities in the gas, and to feed refining gas having high purity to a heating furnace or the like by recovering used gas while regulating the pressure of the furnace, refining it to enhance its purity, and again feeding it to the furnace. CONSTITUTION:If discharge gas fed from a heating furnace 1 has a high temperature, it is heated by a precooler 3, purged by a filter 4, and fed to a gas holder 7 for always holding the gas pressure constant. The amount of the fed discharge gas is supplied to compress it to a predetermined pressure in a compressor 9, again cooled by an after-cooler 10, and fed to a receiver tank 12. The discharge gas fed from the tank 12 is fed and refined by a refiner 17 through a reactor 14 and a collar 15, and moisture content, oxygen content, etc., are analyzed by an analyzer 18. If it is more impure than a specified value, it is discharged into the atmosphere, the has having better purity than the specified value is fed to a buffer tank 20, and fed from the tank 20 into the furnace 1.</p> |
