<p>PURPOSE:To form an adhesion promoter which can be mixed and dispersed by means of an ordinary dispersing machine without using a three-roll mixer and is capable of improving the adhesiveness of a UV-curable solder resist ink on the base plate by compounding a specified nitrogen compd. and a specified phosphorus compd. CONSTITUTION:This adhesion promoter contains 25-100 pts. nitrogen compd. (A) of formula I (wherein X is a group of formula II, a group of formula III, a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom or a selenium atom; Y and Z are each a nitrogen atom or a group of C-R<1>, and R<1> is a hydrogen atom, an amino group, a 1-4C alkyl group or a halogen atom; R<2> is a hydrogen atom or an amino group) with a particle diameter of 20mum and 0-100 pts.wt. phosphorus. compd. (B) of formula IV (wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; a is 0 or 1; m is 1-3).</p> |
