PURPOSE:To improve assembly workability by successively housing a front diaphragm, front plate, center diaphragm, rear plate and a rear diaphragm in a stepped cup-shaped shell and connecting a rear shell so as to enable these components to be connected. CONSTITUTION:A front plate 5 and a rear plate 7 are fitted into a shell 1 comprising a stepped cup-shaped front shell 2 and a dish-shaped rear shell 3, and the shell 1 partitions its inside into three chambers 6, 8, 9. While a through hole is drilled in each center part of each plate 5, 7 and rear shell 3, and slidably fitting a valve body 12 into this through hole, each power piston 14 to 16, arranged in each chamber 6, 8, 9, is connected to this valve body 12. And providing diaphragms 17 to 19 to be extended in each rear side surface of each power piston 14 to 16, peripheral bead parts of these diaphragms are held between stepped parts or the like of the shell 1 in an end face part of each plate 5, 7 so as to be formed as an integral unit. |
