FIELD: protection of metallic structure, pipes and weld seams. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises, as plasticizer, polyurethane, plastic foam in combination with carbon filler and binder. This affords proper adhesion to surface (3.1 MPa), high density and strength (ultimate strength of 312 rg/sq. cm), stability in aqueous and aggressive media, and heat resistance.
