发明名称 SLURRY COMPOSITION FOR AQUEOUS CERAMIC GREEN SHEET
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slurry composition capable of providing a ceramic green sheet high in sheet strength in spite of thinness, by mixing ceramic powder with an aqueous solution of a silanol group-containing silane-modified polyvinyl acetal. SOLUTION: This silanol group-containing silane-modified polyvinyl acetal is obtained by acetalizing a silanol group-containing silane-modified polyvinyl alcohol with at least one aldehyde. Since when the amount of ceramic powder is excessively small, the viscosity of a slurry composition is extremely low and handleability in molding a sheet is deteriorated and when the viscosity of the slurry composition is excessively high, mixing properties are reduced and dispersibility of the ceramic power is deteriorated, preferably the amount of the ceramic powder is 30-80wt.% based on the whole slurry composition. Especially in order to obtain a green sheet of thin layer, fine ceramic powder having <=1&mu;m average particle diameter is preferably used.
