A syringe which is disposed of after a first injection, which comprises a cylindrical reservoir 1, a plunger 6 which can be displaced inside the reservoir and a manoeuvring rod 8, and at least one cutting member 9. The cutting members are borne by flexible fingers 10 and the rod and the plunger are connected by means which allow a slight relative axial displacement. When the plunger is inserted into the reservoir, pushing the manoeuvring rod, the flexible fingers part, the cutting members cut the wall of the reservoir and then return to a retracted position inside the latter when the manoeuvring rod is pulled. <IMAGE>
