PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly tear a skin along a tear portion while keeping an instrument panel in good appearance quality. SOLUTION: On the back of the skin 14 of the air bag door 26 of an instrument panel 10, a skin tear portion 28 with numerous pinholes 48 is formed. On this account, the skin tear portion 28 has low rigidity and the skin 14 can be quickly torn along the skin tear portion 28. Since numerous pinholes 48 exist, tensile force on the pinholes 48 with shrinkage after thermal aging can be dispersed to the neighboring pinholes 48. The depression and cracking on the surface of the skin 14 can thus be prevented. In this way, the instrument panel 10 is kept in good appearance quality. |
