PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an interior finishing material for an automobile, having fiction strength, not attracting dusts and not generating noises caused by a with a body panel. SOLUTION: This interior finishing material is produced by consecutively laminating a first layer 2 consisting of a mixture of a high melting point fiber with a low melting point fiber, a second layer 3 consisting of a low melting point fiber, a third layer 4 consisting of a mixture of the high melting point fiber with the low melting point fiber and a fourth layer 5 consisting of the low melting point fiber, needling them, laminating a surface skin 6 consisting of a high melting point resin on the fourth layer 5, forming as a one unit by melting the low melting point fibers with a heating. Since the low melting fiber is melted to form a film and bonding the high melting point fibers together, the strength thereof is improved, since the air penetration is prohibited, the dusts do not adhere, and since the first layer has a flexibility, a strange noise is not generated by rubbing with a body panel. |
