CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display device which includes a first substrate having a thin film transistor 1, connecting a gate G to a scan bus line Si, either of a drain D and sources S to a reference potential supply bus line Rij, and the other source S or the drain D to liquid crystal display electrode P1 respectively, and a second substrate having a data bus line D1 and provided in such a manner as sandwiching liquid crystal between it and the first substrate, and which performs display by means of control of a voltage applied between the data bus line Di and the display electrode Pij and has a capacity C provided between the reference potential supply bus line Ri and a display electrode P1-1,j.</p> |
