<p>Enhanced sensitivity of an assay for a urinary analyte, especially Chlamydia lipopolysaccharide antigen in male urine, is achieved by simple aqueous dilution, e.g. 1:1 with water, of the urine sample, prior to centrifugation of the urine sample and testing of the pellet for the presence of LPS antigen.</p> |
