PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female terminal allowing easy manufacture as well as firm coupling to a male terminal. SOLUTION: This female terminal has a bottom plate 48, and a pair of side plates 50 extended up from both sides of the bottom plate 48. A lug coupling hole 52 is formed on each side plate 50 at an upper position. Upper half plates 54 are extended inward from the upper part of the side plates 50, and a mating part 56 is formed between the upper half plates 54. Furthermore, a spring contact part 60 is positioned inside the mating part 56, and a lug part 66 capable of being coupled to the lug coupling hole 52 near the upper part of the side plates 50 is provided for biasing and coupling a male terminal to the bottom plate 48. |
