PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a system for giving information that a user arrives at a target place which is previously set with a prescribed call. SOLUTION: Prescribed position identification information are previously set in respective PHS base stations 3A and 3B, and position identification information is informed in accordance with position registration request from the PHS telephone sets 5A-5C. The PHS telephone sets 5A-5C compare position identification information received from the PHS base stations 3A and 3B with position registration information of the target place which is previously registered. Then, the arrival of the target place is informed in accordance with the compared result.
