PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check inclusion of a rejectable unit solar battery by measuring the temperature and the open voltage of a solar battery and deciding GO/NO-GO of the solar battery based on the measurements. SOLUTION: A solar battery 100 comprises a single sheet or a plurality of sheets of unit solar battery comprising a solar cell or a set of solar cells, i.e., a solar cell module. The surface temperature and the voltage of such a solar battery 100 are measured, respectively, by a radiation thermometer 13 and a voltmeter 11. Since the solar battery 100 is not connected with a load, i.e., it is open-circuited, the measured voltage represents an open-circuit voltage and a rejectable unit solar battery included in the series body is specified based on the measurement of the open-circuit voltage. According to the method, inclusion of a rejectable unit solar battery can be checked easily and surely. |
