<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device that decreases the number of parts while improving the strength of packing by a method wherein the packing device is formed of cushioning members and an accessory box that are made up integrally by bending a corrugated board. SOLUTION: An accessory box 3 is formed in a boxlike shape by bending two sides in the longitudinal direction of the base area to form both side faces 3c with an upper face 3d formed in a caselike shape and by bending one side 3g in the breadthwise direction. A cushioning member 4 at one side of both ends is formed, being integral with the accessory box 3, in continuity at one end in the longitudinal direction with its U-shaped part formed of an outer side face 4c, an inner face 4d and an inner side face 4e by bending two sides on the right and the left at the exterior erected upright and with a rectangular hollow part 5 provided, being formed of an upper face 4h, an inner face 4i and the inner side face that are bent in continuity. And a cushioning member 6 at the other side is formed with its U-shaped part formed of the outer side face, the inner face and the inner side face by bending two sides on the right and the left at the exterior with the exterior as its center and with a rectangular hollow part 7 provided, being formed of the upper underside, the inner face and the inner side face that are bent in continuity out of the upper and the lower sides. Then, the hollow parts of both of the cushioning members 4 and 7 are fitted to both ends of a matter to be packed, and the matter to be packed is mounted on the upside of the accessory box 3.</p> |
