PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form continuously a uniform composition cement-containing reverse emulsion composition at a high productivity by a method wherein after coarsely kneading reinforcing fiber under presence of water or oily substance with a coarse kneader, it is cast into a continuous kneader, and reverse emulsion is continuously formed. SOLUTION: Firstly at least reinforcing fiber and water, or reinforcing fiber and oily substance are poured into a coarse kneader to execute coarse kneading. A clearance or a void of solid substance of reinforcing fiber, cement, etc., is replaced by water being liquid substance or oily substance with the coarse kneading, and the reinforcing fiber is partially fibrillated. Then, the kneading substance and the other raw materials are supplied to a continuous kneader to execute continuously reverse emulsification, and a required cement forming composition is obtained. The cement forming Composition obtained by this method is fabricated in an appropriate shape by an extrusion molding method or a press molding method or the like in the same way as conventionally, and after hardening with curing, a cement formed product can be obtained. |
