PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject health food by leaching the trunk of koutou cedar tree(a kind of cedar tree) with hot water or wine, and if required, by concentrating the resultant liquid into a more easily takable form such as concentrate, powder, granules, tablets or capsules. SOLUTION: This health food is obtained by leaching the components of koutou cedar tree as feedstock with hot water or low-level alcohol, and if required, by concentrating the resultant liquid into an easily takable form such as concentrate, powder, granules, tablets, syrup or capsules so as to facilitate absorption of the components in vivo. |
