PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improved quality of a drink by a proper cleaning and enhance the sales of a shop by effectively reducing losses at the time of the cleaning of a drink feed device and improving operation efficiency thereof. SOLUTION: The drink feed device 1 forcibly delivers beer stored in a beer cask 8 to pass it through a beer coil 4 which is being cooled so that the beer is cooled and poured out, and the device 1 is connected to a switch valve 21 provided at the inlet 4A of the coil 4, a tap 6 provided at the outlet 4B of the coil 4, and the cask 8, and a beer hose 12 in communication with these elements is provided, and the valve 21 can be switched to a first state in which the hose 12 is brought into communication with the coil 4 or to a second state in which the inlet 4A of the coil 4 is shut off to bring the hose 12 into communication with the outside. |
