PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow relative rotation in both directions between an inertial disc and a control disc by making the inertial disc free to rotate against the control disc and connecting it to the control disc by a sliding clutch. SOLUTION: A holding strap 30 holds an inertial disc 12 by a control disc 10 in the axial direction. Dimension of a central opening and a recessed part and dimension of a latch nose 22 and a latch strap 24 is devised so that the latch strap 24 is selected to work with the recessed part as a sliding clutch and this sliding clutch allows relative rotation of one to the other when it exceeds specified effective torque between the control disc 10 and the inertial disc 12. In such the relative rotation, the latch nose 22 and the latch strap 24 deform inward in the radial direction, and accordingly, contact between the latch strap 24 and a wall part of the opening corresponding to it can be caused. |
