PURPOSE:To provide a winding machine wherein its terminal length and its enamel exfoliation position are stable, its time required for operations other than a winding operation becomes shorter than that in conventional cases and its setup can be performed automatically without relying on an operator's help. CONSTITUTION:The title winding machine is provided with the following: one pair of winding parts 51, 52 which are composed of one pair of cores 59, 60, one pair of rotation positioning mechanisms 61, 62 turning them and one pair of three-axis positioning mechanisms 63, 64 moving them; a wire-material cutting part 53 which cuts an enameled wire; a coil taking-out part 54 which takes out a wound coil; a wire-material passage part 55 ; a wire-material setting-up part 57; and a control part 58 which controls the following operations: after the enameled wire has been replaced and supplied, the winding part on one side performs a prescribed winding operation; the wire-material cutting part 53 cuts the enameled wire after the winding operation has been finished; the winding part on the other side starts a winding operation after a cutting operation has been finished; and the winding part on one side is moved to the coil taking-out part 54 and takes it out from the winding part. |
