PURPOSE:To effectively utilize capacity of a power source by stopping drive means corresponding to an element to be driven in which a current limiting time signal having a predetermined time width is output only during a current limiting time signal outputting time when the total value of a current flowing to the element to be driven exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A selection signal SL1 is input to an OR gate OR1 of a system for driving a motor M1. In this case, a speed command signal M1SP is input to the other input of the gate OR1. However, the signal SL1 always becomes an H level when the signal M1 SP becomes an L level. That is, an output signal M1D1 tends to vary to an active low according to the signal M1SP, but is stopped by the signal LS1. Accordingly, the signal M1SP is valid only in former and latter half time zones in which it is not stopped by the signal SL1. That is, it is valid only in the time zone in which an overcurrent detection signal OVi is not output, and applied to the motor M1 through transistors Q1, Q5. |
