PURPOSE:To identify the mechanical constants of a motor and load by with high accuracy, in a speed controller fitted with a current minor loop, which controls the torque generated in the motor. CONSTITUTION:Using a period TA during which the average speed nAVE of a motor 1 is calculated, an average torque operating circuit 10 calculates average torque tauMAVE. Based on this average torque tauMAVE and average speed nAVE, an identifying circuit 9 performs identifying operation. Hereby, the points of times of the samplings of both input signals of the identifying circuit 9 are unified, and the error of the input signal caused by the difference between both is reduced to identify the mechanical constants with high accuracy. |
