Safety arrangement for electrical water heater, and its air and water flows

Use of laser beam in refractive detector. The arrangement uses a water flow detector which may either be piezo or turbine-operated, or be a refraction operated drive, with a laser ray which monitors the flow by recognizing air with different refraction index, to operate the water turnoff valve (2). If material damage causes uncontrolled water flow, the flow is also cut off. Function is restored only after pressing a button for 10 seconds.
